Precious is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of MemeStructures Ltd. A native of Delta State, Nigeria, he earned his BSc in Geography and Regional Planning from Delta State University, Abraka, and his MSc in Political Science and International Relations from Bahçeşehir Cyprus University.

After years of working in logistics and e-commerce, as well as experience in Cryptocurrency trading, Precious decided to Co-Found MemeStructures. This decision was driven by a commitment to delivering personalized, hands-on crypto asset management services, leveraging his extensive experience in crypto trading, logistics, and e-commerce.

Outside of Crypto, Precious is deeply involved in Logistics, dedicating his time to bridging the gap between land, water, and air transportation.
